Creating organic compost
As I continue to turn my backyard into a food forest, I began to create my own compost using the organic matter already in my backyard. In the video below 👇I show the composter I got and everything that I put in it.

I am taking back my health by controlling what I eat. Nature provides us with everything we need to live long healthy lives for free. Since I bought my Sig P226 I have been looking for a strong and durable belt to hold the weight. We all must have a food supply of stored food at all times. I keep this 6-month supply of food mainly in case of emergencies, but that’s not the only reason to make sure you have a good supply of food available.

I have lived through some situations where I have seen the absolute importance of having food around. I’m talking about living through hurricanes, poverty, war, power outages, being in deserts, mountains and jungles to name a few. I have felt the pain of starvation and have seen how people’s animals instinct of survival take over and they begin fighting each other. Not in my presence, but sometimes to the death. That’s why I prepare, so when an emergency occurs I am better equipped to handle and survive the situation. This 6 months of food are only a beginning for me, I do plan to store away more food and have enough for a few years. The way things are going globally should be of great concern to all of us. Don’t just rely on what the people in Government tell you. They don’t have your interest in mind only theirs, therefore, that are always going to lie to you as to keep you ignorant of the real situation and how severe it is. this way they can continue living off of you.

People please take actions to ensure your own well being and protection. We all know that things can go wrong at any minute “an once of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. You can start of small and little by little work your way up to ensuring your family will be taken care by you when something goes wrong.
Also, things don’t have to get bad in order for you to benefit from this type of food. You can also use it to go camping with the family and friends as a delicious easy to prepare meal which is convenient to store and carry. I spent years eating MRE food while training in the field as a US Marine, so I mean it when I say this food is delicious.
As part of my backup food supply I added 3 Seed Vault Cans. This cans bring hundreds of organic seeds to grow all types of food. I am about to begin planting them in my backyard now that winter is over. This is another way for me to eat healthy and save money doing it because I will just walk to the backyard and grab the tomatoes, cabbage, cantaloupe, green beans and so on.

As a bonus, I also added to my food supply a supply of Fruits, Vegetables and Snacks to help balance the nutrition. This way I can also have fun eating things like pineapples, chocolate pudding, strawberries, banana chips and so on. What I did was spread load the content of the fruit and vegetables container into the other 4 containers that was every container has fruits, vegetables and snacks. That also gives me a free empty tote that I can use to store other things. Find out what by watching the video.
